Magaluf Apartments – Long-Term Accommodation

INTRODUCTION

By booking accommodation with Magaluf Apartments through this Website, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. You will be unable to complete your booking if you do not accept these Terms. These Terms may be amended from time to time and will be effective immediately once posted on the Website.

We reserve the right to revise and amend the Website, our disclaimers, and these Terms at any time without notice. Your continued use of the Website following any changes will be deemed as your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to regularly check the Terms for updates.

FLIGHTS

Magaluf Apartments is not responsible for any part of your travel arrangements, including flights, buses, taxis, or any other form of transport. All travel arrangements and associated costs, including delays, cancellations, or changes, are entirely your responsibility.

ACCOMMODATION

We provide long-term rental accommodation in Magaluf through third-party property suppliers. Your booking grants access only to accommodation for the specified duration.

Accommodation features typically include:

Apartments with 4 single beds across two rooms (some have 6 beds across three rooms)

Kitchen (fridge, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle)

Bathroom (shower, toilet, sink, bidet)

Air conditioning available at €10 per day per apartment (payable in cash directly to the landlord)

No safety deposit boxes provided – you are advised to secure your belongings using a lockable suitcase or purchase a safety box locally

If there are any issues with electrics, plumbing, or maintenance, you must report it immediately to the property manager. Any damages must be reported as soon as they occur—failure to do so may result in additional charges.

You are entitled to occupy your apartment only for the duration of your confirmed booking.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

A mandatory €250 cash Breakages Deposit is payable directly to the landlord upon arrival. This deposit is refundable at or shortly after check-out, provided there are no damages, breakages, or breaches of property rules.

48 hours’ notice is required to schedule check-out and receive your deposit back in cash.

Deposits may be withheld at the landlord’s discretion for damages, rule violations, or eviction.

BEHAVIOUR & CONDUCT

If your behaviour causes offence, danger, damage, or distress to others or the property, Magaluf Apartments reserves the right to cancel your booking and require you to vacate the premises immediately.

In the case of eviction:

You will not receive any refunds

You will be solely responsible for finding alternative accommodation

The landlord may withhold your Security Deposit

Behaviours that can result in instant loss of deposit and eviction include (but are not limited to):

Balcony hopping or throwing items from windows or balconies

Allowing non-residents to stay in the apartment

Causing significant damage

Excessive noise or disregard for building rules

We operate a one-warning policy, followed by eviction if rules are broken. All eviction decisions are at the sole discretion of the landlord or property management.

BOOKING DEPOSIT & PAYMENT TERMS

To secure accommodation, you must pay a non-refundable booking deposit of at least £99 (or as specified at the time of booking).

Once payment is received, you will receive confirmation by email. All payments made toward accommodation—including booking deposits, instalments, and balances—are non-refundable in all circumstances, unless due to billing error or duplicate charging on our part.

Payment for the remainder of your accommodation stay must be made as per the payment plan selected at booking (weekly/fortnightly/monthly) or paid in full.

EXTENDING YOUR STAY

Extended accommodation beyond your original booking dates is subject to availability. Extensions can be paid for directly to the landlord or management via cash or bank transfer.

During peak months (June and July), availability is extremely limited. Booking multiple months in advance is strongly recommended if you intend to stay longer term.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Cancellation conditions:

Cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours (2 working days) before your next scheduled payment date.

If proper notice is not provided, the company will not be liable for any payments taken from your account.

Once accommodation has been booked and confirmed, payments are non-refundable due to our commitments with third-party suppliers.

We may offer to pause your payment plan for up to 28 days. It is your responsibility to restart your plan when ready, subject to availability.

Eligible adjustments (not refunds):

You may transfer your booking to another person (subject to approval)

You may change your booking dates (subject to availability)

Refunds are only permitted in cases of billing errors or duplicate payments.

COMMUNICATION & GROUP RULES

If provided, access to any optional WhatsApp or communication groups is a courtesy and not part of the accommodation agreement.

Any abusive or inappropriate behaviour will result in removal from communication groups, and may also result in eviction from the accommodation without refund.

BEYOND OUR CONTROL

Magaluf Apartments will not be liable for any loss, compensation, or expenses due to circumstances beyond our control. These include, but are not limited to:

War or threat of war

Government restrictions or closures

Civil unrest or strikes

Severe weather or natural disasters

Building works from third parties

Changes imposed by local authorities

If your stay is affected by events beyond our control, we will do our best to assist, but cannot be held responsible for any costs or losses incurred.
